Niraj Mahadev is the co-founder and president of desigrad.com. He is currently working as an R&D Engineer in the TDK USA facility in California. He graduated from Wright state university with a Masters in Material Science in Dec2000 and it was during this stay that the initial concept of this project was conceived. With advice and help from friends a very premature desigrad.com was hosted in 1999. It was only in the latter half of 2002, after joining with Prasad and Mahalaksmi a formal desigrad.com was launched. He also holds several US patents and publications in renowned journals in his field of research and has plans on pursuing with his PhD.

Mahalakshmi Ravichandran is one of the co-founders of desigrad.com. She holds a Masters degree from Wright State University in Computer science and is the main architect of the website. Her field of research was in the area of complier optimization techniques. Maha is currently a full time consultant in Broad vision related products. Prior to this, she worked as a development engineer in Broad vision Inc, in California. She along with Prasad brings a lot of technical nova in developing this website. She has also played a very significant role in the evolvements of this website from its good old school years to where it stands as of today.

Prasad Kantamneni is one of the technical advisors of desigrad.com. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Human facors Engineering at Wright State university. He came to the US in 1997, as a Computer Science graduate from Osmania University, to pursue a double masters from WSU in the field of Computer Science and Human factors Engineering. His thesis involved researching advanced user profiling techniques for information retrieval. He has a patent pending pased on his work. He also plans to go for an MBA in the forthcoming years. Prasad guides the strategic vision of Desigrad.com.

Prasanna Soundarapandian is currently working as a developmnet engineer in Cohesia.com. He too graduated from Wright state university in the field of Computer science with a Master's degree. and has been actively supporting us with the technical aspects of the website. Prior to coming to the US, he received his bachelors from Madras University in Computers.
